Cantagalli centerpiece

Cantagalli centerpiece

Small centerpiece in the shape of an ovoid boat with a raised wall and enriched on the external surface by plastic decorations of leaves and a cherub’s head in an apical position that concludes the movement of flexion towards the inside. From here two eel-like elements branch off to connect at the opposite end, merging into a single handle. The circular foot is plastically decorated with plant motifs.
The pictorial decoration is in polychrome Raphaelesque on a white background.
