Hispanic Moorish dish – Cantagalli

Devotional majolica display plate decorated with a dense Hispano-Moorish-inspired floral pattern and the Christogram “IHS” within a central medallion, painted in cobalt blue and gold luster.
The plate is set in an antique circular turned solid wood frame, with a succession of moldings and an internal and external band carved with a decorative plant motif and gilded with gold leaf.
