Small luster-glazed majolica vase featuring an elongated body tapering toward the base, a rounded shoulder, and a short neck with a slightly flared rim.
The surface is defined by a repeating zoomorphic design—a highly stylized motif inspired by the insect world. Large spiral volutes define the upper part of the figures, while their bodies and wings extend vertically, following the contours of the vase.
The decoration, rendered in shades of ochre, brown, and green, is enlivened by the metallic, iridescent effects of the luster glaze; the shoulder and neck, finished in a wine-red hue, introduce a distinct band of color that caps the composition.
