A decorative polychrome earthenware dish, circular in shape with a contoured rim outlined in a dark tone. The surface features a large blossom in shades of orange and yellow, accompanied by buds, leaves, and long, sinuous stems. In the background, a dense pattern of wavy blue lines accentuates the composition’s movement and the graphic quality of the decoration, which is fully characteristic of the Liberty style.
Florence; early 20th century.
